What is Tadoom?
Tadoom is a Chrome extension that lets you watch your favourite streaming services in perfect sync with friends, family, or that special someone - no matter where you are. Everyone sees the same frame at the same time, and you can react and chat together in real time. See supported platforms.
How do I install Tadoom?
Install the Tadoom extension from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, the Tadoom icon will appear in your browser toolbar. That's all the setup you need.
How do I start a watch party?
- Open any supported streaming platform and navigate to what you want to watch.
- Click the
Tadoom icon in your toolbar. - Hit Start as host - Tadoom generates a party code for you.
- Share that code with your friends so they can join.
- Once everyone is in, press play and enjoy.
How do I join someone else's party?
- Click the
extensions icon in your Chrome toolbar and open Tadoom. - Choose Guest and paste the session code your friend shared.
- You're in - Tadoom takes you straight to the watch party.

How many people can join a party?
Up to 5 people per party - you plus four others. Every group has that one person who turns every quiet scene into a debate. We've accounted for them :)
Do I need a Tadoom account?
No account needed. You get a voucher code and a PIN - that's it. No sign-ups, no passwords, no nonsense. Your own streaming service account (Netflix, etc.) is still needed to access the content.
Can I get a refund?
Tadoom is sold as a one-time voucher purchase, not a subscription. Because of this, we don't offer refunds once a voucher has been issued. If you're unsure, start with the free 7-day trial, no payment required.
What's included in every plan?
All plans - trial and paid - include every feature: sync, reactions, live chat, profiles, and privacy-first chat that isn't stored. There's no feature gating.
₹59/month is not a starter or limited plan - it's the full product. The only difference between plans is how long the voucher lasts. There are no feature tiers and no upsells.
Does Tadoom work for live sports like IPL on JioHotstar?
Yes. Tadoom syncs playback on JioHotstar including live content such as IPL cricket. This works on all plans including the free trial - there is no premium sync tier. Sync quality is the same across every plan.
