By using the Tadoom website (tadoom.in) or the Tadoom Chrome extension, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Tadoom is

Tadoom is a Chrome extension that lets you watch streaming content in sync with others. Tadoom does not provide any video content - you need your own subscription to the streaming platform you're watching (Netflix, YouTube, JioStar, Prime Video, etc.).

Vouchers & payments

• Access to Tadoom is granted through vouchers, which may be free (trial) or paid.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued.
• Each voucher is tied to the email address used at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to revoke a voucher if it is obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Tadoom name, logo, brand, website, and extension software are owned by us. You may use Tadoom as intended, but you may not copy, redistribute, or use our brand or software for your own product without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tadoom for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users through the chat or reactions feature.
• Tamper with the extension or our servers, or attempt to bypass payment, licensing, or access controls.
• Resell, redistribute, or share your voucher credentials with the intent to circumvent payment.

We may terminate your access without notice if you violate these terms.

Service availability

We care about your experience and actively work to keep Tadoom reliable. That said, no software is perfect - Tadoom is provided "as is" and occasional hiccups may occur. Tadoom depends on third-party streaming platforms that we do not control. These platforms may change their interfaces, policies, or terms at any time, which could temporarily or permanently affect Tadoom's ability to work with them. We cannot guarantee compatibility with any specific platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tadoom and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, interruption of service, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of Tadoom after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State].
